Cookies

How Love Lands does not set cookies. The site’s pages do not include cookie banners, advertising cookies, or an analytics cookie. A normal response from the site does not include a Set-Cookie header, and the pages do not run document.cookie.

Session storage

HLL Find stores your progress in this browser tab under the session storage key hll.find.v1. The stored value is the Find screen, the options you selected (including the safety check), the label of a home-page starting line if you used one, the question you are on, and whether you finished. It is not local storage. It ends when the tab closes. Retake Find deletes it. It is not sent to How Love Lands.

Memory on the page

The page keeps an in-memory list of product events: Find started, a safety stop shown, a question viewed (by number, not by your answer), Find completed, results viewed, and newsletter field focused. A second in-memory list can record the matcher route and, if you click a resource, the resource id, result level, primary need, and affiliate status. No analytics provider is connected. These lists are not written to cookies or to local storage, and they are not transmitted.

Google Fonts

Each page requests fonts from Google:

https://fonts.googleapis.com — the stylesheet for DM Sans and Newsreader
https://fonts.gstatic.com — the font files that stylesheet references

Those are third-party requests. Your browser sends Google the connection data needed to load the files, including your IP address and the site origin. We do not receive a copy of that request. Images on the site are data URIs in the page, not third-party image requests.

Beehiiv

Landing Notes does not embed a Beehiiv frame and does not set a Beehiiv cookie on howlovelands.com. Continue opens https://newsletter.howlovelands.com/subscribe in a new tab without your email address in the link. Cookies on Beehiiv’s site are Beehiiv’s, after you arrive there.

Other sites you open

Resource links, safety links, and Quick exit leave this site when you choose them. Those destinations can set their own cookies. This page does not list cookies we do not set.

How to clear Find storage

Close the tab, or choose Retake Find. You can also clear session storage for howlovelands.com in your browser. There is no cookie preference to switch, because the site does not set cookies.
